China-CEEC Business Council is composed of of public and private business support organisations from China and Central and Eastern European countries engaged in trade promotion and development of mutual economic relations. Membership in the Business Council is voluntary.

Potential Council members have been identified with the help of competent authorities of Central and Eastern European countries and China.

Representatives of governments, business support institutions and experts other than permanent members of the Council, may be invited to join meetings of the Business Council.

According to the "Belgrade Guidelines" and "Memorandum of Understanding between PARP and CCPIT on jointly promoting the establishment of the China-CEEC Business Council (both signed on December, 16th 2014 in Belgrade - see China-CEEC Business Council-About), aforementioned organizations take the responsibility for the preparation and establishement of the Business Council as well as for its daily operations.
